These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Strandweave website at strandweave.app and related services, operated by Lee Robinson trading as Strandweave ("Strandweave", "we", "us" or "our"), with a contact address at 21A Benin Street, London, SE13 6UB, United Kingdom. By using this website or the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Strandweave is a Mac application for local microphone recording, audio import and offline transcription. Purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Use of the downloadable app is also subject to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Your privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of any person.

2. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from this website without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Impersonate Strandweave or any other person or entity in connection with this website.

• Circumvent or interfere with licence or access controls for the Strandweave application.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Strandweave or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Strandweave name, logo or trade marks other than as expressly permitted.

4. Purchases

Purchases of Strandweave are made through the Lemon Squeezy store at store.strandweave.app and are subject to:

• Lemon Squeezy's own terms and conditions.
• Our Refund Policy.
• The End User Licence Agreement.

5. Downloads

The Strandweave application is made available for download subject to the EULA. We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue the app or any version of it at any time without notice.

6. Transcript and output accuracy

Strandweave may generate transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, timestamps, exports or other outputs that contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any recording, transcript, export or output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for professional, legal, regulatory, employment, medical or other important purposes.

7. Website availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time for operational or maintenance reasons without notice.

8. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including the Lemon Squeezy store. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those websites and do not endorse them. Links are provided for convenience only.

9. Disclaimers

1. the total amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. £100.

1. the total amount paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
