Beta tester application
Help us improve Strandweave.
Strandweave’s public Mac beta is available to download now for anyone with a compatible Mac who wants to turn calls, interviews, workshops and project audio into reviewed transcripts, summaries, actions, decisions and reusable context.
This application is for the structured tester cohort: people willing to test representative sessions, report useful feedback and complete a short follow-up survey. Selected testers who complete the beta feedback requirements receive six months of complimentary Local Pro access as a thank-you. The application takes about a minute; product updates remain a separate, optional email list.
What you’ll test
Local recording or import, offline transcription, transcript and speaker review, approved summaries, actions, decisions and selected Local Pro workflows.
What participation involves
Try two or three representative sessions where practical, report significant problems and complete one short follow-up survey.
Current limits
Requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Intel Macs and earlier macOS versions are not supported. Transcription happens after recording. There is no cloud team workspace or account-based collaboration.
