Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Strandweave made through the official store at store.strandweave.app, which is operated by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.
1. About digital software purchases
Strandweave is a downloadable Mac application. Because it is digital software that is available for download immediately after purchase, please ensure the app is compatible with your Mac before buying. System requirements are listed on the download page.
We want you to be satisfied with Strandweave. If you have a problem with the app that we cannot resolve, please contact us before requesting a refund so we can try to help.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if you have not downloaded, accessed or activated the software.
Because Strandweave is digital software, you may be asked during checkout, download or licence activation to confirm that you want immediate access to the software and that you understand you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once download, access or licence activation begins.
Once download, access or licence activation has begun following that confirmation, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of use, or incompatibility that was clearly stated before purchase.
3. Your statutory rights
This does not affect your statutory rights. If the software is faulty, misdescribed, not fit for purpose, or we are otherwise required by law to provide a remedy, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
If you report a problem with Strandweave, we may first try to diagnose the issue and provide a fix, update, workaround or replacement download. If repair or replacement is impossible, cannot be provided within a reasonable time, or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
4. What happens after a refund
If a refund is approved, your licence key will be deactivated and you should uninstall Strandweave from your Mac. Access to future updates under that licence will no longer apply.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@strandweave.app with:
- Your order reference number (from your purchase confirmation email).
- The email address used at purchase.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond as soon as we can. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
6. Access and download issues
If you have trouble accessing your licence key, downloading the app or finding your purchase confirmation, please contact support before requesting a refund. These issues can usually be resolved quickly.
7. Lemon Squeezy
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy may apply its own refund, fraud prevention, chargeback and payment processing policies. In some cases, Lemon Squeezy may issue or refuse refunds independently of us where required by its terms, payment network rules, fraud controls or applicable law. Our policy does not override any applicable statutory rights you have under consumer law.
